Organizations don’t move because someone writes a better message.
They move when people understand what matters, why it matters and what comes next.
That’s the work I focus on.
I’m a communications and corporate affairs executive who partners with CEOs, executive teams and boards as a business advisor first. My role is not to explain decisions once they’re made, but to help shape them early, with a clear understanding of business impact, stakeholder implications and what the organization needs to move forward with confidence.
For more than 25 years I’ve led communications and corporate affairs in industries including healthcare, energy, telecommunications, information services and media. The environments have been complex, regulated and global. The mandate has been consistent: help leaders make sound decisions, align the organization around a clear direction and protect credibility when the stakes were highest.
I’ve been in the room through transformation, leadership transitions, earnings scrutiny, acquisition and high-visibility moments where the margin for error was low. That experience shapes how I work: with calm judgment, direct counsel and an operator’s perspective grounded in consequence.
